I would not have expected that an estimate vs. actual to be extremely far off. This is not my first experience with Coughlins. My prior experience less than a year ago with Heath was superior and he was right on the money and estimate. I regret not asking for Heath again, but I will likely not return to your location. On an $1300 estimate, and then $1800 estimate, the 10% reduction in parts of $55 was pathetic! Especially when during my original discussion I was told extra labor was built in leading me to believe that it wod be less in the end. This was not an insurance claim and the extra $500 came out of my pocket.

I was really happy to get my car back and when I saw the work you guys did I was very happy. My car looks amazing and you guys were willing to put my custom plate back on the front of my car for me. Hopefully I don't need to have my car repaired again but if I do I will be back to you guys.

Very high quality. The paint matches perfectly. The hood repair looks like New. Their body man must be very skilled. The front edge of my hood was completely curled under from when I hit the deer. We thought we'd need a new one but he fixed it. Very impressive. I Love my car. We bought it gently used from Coughlin Ford Pataskala so wanted it to go there for repair. Thank you, thank you for making my car like New again!
