Took very long to get my car back and for the problem not to be fixed the first time!! Got fixed the second time!! @ they also scratched my back bumper

The worse experience ever. Two months with my car. Every time I call to get status of my vehicle front Support receptionist never knew nothing. It was the worst I ever had. They took so long always had to leave voicemails and when I did speak to someone always excuses after excuses, I’ll call you back. I’ll call you back never called. I would always have to be calling. If it was not one thing. It was another thing I will never take my car there again ever. I also left several messages to my agent and the insurance and I never got a call back so this agency sucks too looking around to change insurances.

It took 2 1/2 weeks to finish and they debit card scanner has been down for a couple of months and i couldn't attempt to use my car credit car so that i could make payments and budget my finances. Otherwise they always do a clean great job.
