We would like to express the gratitude of all the great help and communication between the owner Mr. Juan Plasencia (hoping I spelled that right lol) and his staff Fernando. Not only did they make this easy but kept us well informed everyday from the beginning to the end. The job was immaculate on our Chevy truck and cannot thank them enough on the above and beyond work they did and we totally recommend them to anyone that we guarantee you will be 100% or more satisfied. I will definitely use them for any vehicle repairs in the future if needed and they are very friendly oriented and down to earth business. Had an easy and friendly experience. Receptionist was really professional always had all answers to my questions. I loved the the text updates they provide. The new owner and manager were really friendly I was really satisfied with their work and time frame.

I never got a call to pickup my vehicle and I called to check on it. Now I get a text message asking how my repairs went? I dont know i don't have the vehicle. I spoke to Cierra on Friday and the car was still getting worked on and some parts apparently were not in. So I didnt know what happened and what the status of the repairs were.
