Everyone was so helpful from the moment I dropped the car off until ! picked it up. Communication was great, they kept me updated on the status of my repairs and when the car would be ready. When I picked up my car, they had washed it and cleaned it out and it looked perfect! Brittney kept me updated three or four times a week and Tim who was my contact person initially reached out as well and kept me informed about what was going on with the repairs.

From the moment my Insurance Company gave me their recommendation, which was an excellent endorsement, to the minute I walked in their office, I knew I was in the right place. The front desk staff were kind, smart, eager to get things moving and went out of their way to make things comfortable and professional. The work that was completed, on the day they said would be completed was exceptional. Everything was taken cared of. Right down to the smallest detail. The new paint matched exactly to the older paint. I have a GMC Sierra with the Cayenne Red that we love and everything matched up perfectly. I was crazy impressed with their work and skills. I also received updates throughout the week via texts, that informed me of the progress. That was pretty cool. After the work was completed, they washed the whole truck, detail cleaned the dash and seats and left us a water in one of their kuzzie’s. I’m a sucker for a new kuzzie. At checkout, the ladies went through all of the repairs and answered every question with facts and details. They really know their jobs at Courtesy. I hope I never need that kind of work again but if I do… I’m going right back to Courtesy. Thanks for treating my truck like it was yours and thanks for your kindness.
