I was informed that my car would be done on a certain day and when that day came I made multiple calls and no one knew anything so I called every day for the next 2 days to see if it would be done and finally they returned my call 2 days after the due date they set and didnt tell me what the hold up was. Then when I got my car there was trash ie water bottles with company logo on the floor of my car and old car parts were in my trunk. My car squeals when I cut it on and accelerate. I told the guy at the front desk but he didnt know it was so I just left and it still makes that noise every now and again when I cut it on.

The people there are really nice and I was constantly updated for most of the process just the end was really bad and this is my second time coming here and something always is wrong
