Work was satisfactory I suppose. Still have a scratch on my rear diffuser & appears to have a slight hump in the middle indicating that it wasn't installed 100% correctly, and the rear mudflap re-installation could've been better.

Customer Service

If I could give my customer service experience negative points I would. This was the worst automotive experience I've ever had in my life. From the moment I walked in the door at 7am on Thursday May 3rd the interactions with the center's staff was shocking from the receptionist to management. Alex Torres assessed my damage on Wednesday May 2nd & left me with the impression that he would be able to justify a full rear bumper face replacement with my Progressive Insurance rep without having to take the car apart. When I walked in on Thursday May 3rd I was told I needed to fill out paperwork in order to authorize the damage assessment between Progressive and the collision center employee. I did not read it completely and that's my fault, but I did not authorize any work over $100 & I did not authorize for my car to be washed. It was my understanding based on my conversations with the Progressive service center in Oldsmar and with Alex that the two parties would meet, assess the damage, and then I would get my car back because I wanted to order my own genuine OEM Infiniti parts and wait a few days to gather my $950 deductible. After a few hours of dropping the car off I called the service center to inquire as to whether the Progressive adjuster had been out, if the damage assessment was completed, and if I could come pick up my car. I was put on the phone with Crystal who seemed very confused as to why I was expecting to come get my car. I explained to Crystal that I was under the impression that there was not going to be any need to take the car apart and that I was wanting to order my own parts and wait a few days to gather my deductible, that I need my car for work, and I’d like to come pick it up. Crystal asked me to hold and then Jason Tooley answered the phone and was, from the first breath, the rudest, most condescending, combative, defensive individual I've ever dealt with in the auto industry and I've sold direct mail for nearly 10 years, so I've met lots o
