I was told that I could pick up the car after payment was made. I completed the online payment after calling and asking for the link three times (I was out of town). My sister went to pick it up but they would not give it to her because they had submitted an additional cost to the insurance company. I had already ask the receptionist if I was responsible for the additional charges and she said no. They kept the car until the insurance paid the additional charges.. Instead of fixing the car in three days, it took three weeks.

These guys took care of me, they dealt with an opposing claims adjuster to get my truck done right. The blend on the color match and the evenness in the metallic flake absolutely come out perfect. These guys had to take every absolutely every window out to do the new skin and PDR the fenders Now with a new hood and new top skin and and perfect paint match my baby looks brand new. I’m impressed. Highly recommend for any one with hail damage , that’s been in a crash or has paint and body needs. These guys are Pros. Thank you . They set a schedule and kept rigjt with it.
