lICENSE PLATES WERE REMOVED & TAKEN TO COPAR WITHOUT OUR NOTIFICATION. WE HAD TO DRIVE TO NEW BRITAIN TO GET THEM. NO ONE ALERTED US TO THIS FACT SO WE WERE DELAYED IN GETTING CAR.
