I would highly recommend them with the caveat, of any Time Sensitive issues. Otherwise I would say everybody has done an exceptional job. I was very pleased with the final outcome. They went beyond what my expectations were. And again, I don’t know if that was the normal turnaround time a faster turnaround time or a longer turnaround time. I don’t know if it could’ve been done any better. Now that it’s over with I am exceptionally happy with what they achieved. But during the process, I was very stressed.

Under normal circumstances I would’ve given them a 10. I take care of a 93-year-old man with mobility issues and Parkinson’s. My vehicle has proven to be the best vehicle for transporting him. Replacement vehicles for the short term repair did not work out well. The RAV4 from the collision clinic was a disaster. And the replacement Rogue from enterprise was also a difficult fit. I don’t know how long repairs normally take. They said they would rush it. It seem to take forever. The whole time I was in stress mode because it’s the only vehicle that works with him. if that had not been a factor, I would’ve given them a 10. I would say for your average person who has access to any kind of a replacement vehicle. Everything would’ve been fine. I don’t know how I could’ve communicated with them more that that vehicle was specific to his care. But until you walk in my shoes you can have not understood, how important is to transporting him safely. There was an incident while we had the RAV4 where he partially fell out of the car cause he couldn’t get in correctly, And I had to call 911 for assistance. It was a very stressful experience. I imagine most people don’t have to be concerned with that.
