Very slow service, with no information whatsoever.

You sent a message on April 20th stating that I could communicate via this channel; I sent several messages but received no response. This shows a complete lack of consideration for the customer.

Their communication is very poor and lack professional conduct. They don't represent all your damages strongly to the insurance company for extra work needed.

The cap was not replaced. Coolant was not put in the car. Old parts were put on. Parts were not aligned. The hood was not repaired & should have been as it was part of the claim. This was a horrible experience and I'm extremely disappointed with Crabtree!
