Their communication is very poor and lack professional conduct. They don't represent all your damages strongly to the insurance company for extra work needed.

The cap was not replaced. Coolant was not put in the car. Old parts were put on. Parts were not aligned. The hood was not repaired & should have been as it was part of the claim. This was a horrible experience and I'm extremely disappointed with Crabtree!

In the end, the car repairs came out great. But it took a really long time without much communication from the repair center on status.

There were a lot of delays in this repair and getting updates on status was like pulling teeth. When you do get to talk to Katie, she was great- very friendly and helpful.
