The only frustration we experienced was the amount of time it took to complete the repair. I do realize that most, if not all, of the blame for that rests on the insurance company, parts distributor, and the calibration company. Therefore, our experience with the office and shop staff at Craft was second to none, and the craftsmanship of the guys in the shop was flawless!
