The actual repair, I’m satisfied with but receiving 2 different estimates and the final price being more expensive was disappointing. Also the fact that I was going to be charged a fee for using my debit card is unfair. I can understand a fee if using a credit card, but not a debit card especially since most people do not carry this amount of cash on them. While the work is fine, I was not happy with the process or the fee. The up charge and the constant change in pricing was enough to make me not want to do business there again. Most businesses do not not charge for using debit cards.

This rating is based on self pay estimation process (multiple changes) with final bill being the higher than last quote along with the fee for DEBIT cards.

Satisfied with the quality of work. I am not satisfied with the estimation process and payment fee for debit cards. I received 2 estimates and the final bill was still higher than last estimate. Most businesses do not charge for debit cards. This was self-pay and the estimates I received still had insurance pay on them. Not to mention when estimates are received for the insurance companies, they do not keep changing. You get one estimate and that’s the final cost. I felt the process was inconvenient and the fact the cost was more on the final bill received same day as pick up made it difficult to get cash out of the bank. I would not recommend Craft Collison to self pay customers.

Craft may be a little bit more, but they are the best, and you get what you pay for. Plus, nobody can paint match like Kevin. I've had them work on a couple of cars, and their work is flawless. Absolutely Satisfied!
