I was updated on the work being done. They never did anything unless it was approved by me. The work was finished ahead of time and it looks great. They also washed my car which was so nice of them to do that . I would reccomend these highly qualified guys to my friends and neighbors. Btw they have the best commercials on morning tv.

I felt completely supported by the team at Craft. Tyler and Sarah were very clear about the process and timeline, coordinated with the insurance company (I was rear-ended by a box truck) to make sure everything was covered, and kept me updated. Brad reviewed the repair work with me to make sure I understood and was satisfied.

Tyler was super helpful and getting me set up for repair. He handled the additional paper work which had my life soooo much easier! The final hand off went well with Sarah and she explained what was covered once I left. Gave me a ton of relief knowing your company has my back!
