Started off pretty bummed with this claim as I had only purchased the car at the beginning of March (thanks deer!). Upon contacting Craft, setting up the estimate appointment was seamless. Tyler and Brad delivered great customer service and got my vehicle in the following week once the parts came in. Picked up the vehicle today and noticed a couple clips missing under the hood. Tyler got it back in the shop and taken care of within 15 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!
