I feel corners were cut in the repair. There are places in the bumper that should have been fixed before it was painted, now you can tell it's been repaired and repainted

IWhile out to dinner the other evening, I was told that VA law states if one is hit by or hits a deer, there is no deductible. There was plenty of deer hair in my grill and want to know why I was charged a deductible/ Thanks for your attention to this.

When I went to get an estimate, I told told by the person looking at my car that the parts should be here by the following Tuesday. I was expecting a phone call when the parts came in but I never got one. I had to call back myself and that's when I was told that the parts had been in. I had to bring my car in the next week.
