Satisfied with the repairs and the car cleaning. But when I got my car back, some of the items from my trunk was missing (paper tags with wires). Prior to dropping my car off for repairs, Angie specifically told me that they would either not touch the items or they would bag it up and put it aside, and clearly the staff did not abide by either of these rules. Thankfully the missing items are easily replaced, but lack of adherence to principle warrants the given score.
