My craftsman experience was absolutely wonderful. All of the people are kind helpful and energetic and willing to go the extra mile. The facility is just beautiful and that makes it a great experience too. And the work done on my car was magnificent and the car Was so clean it looks absolutely brand-new when I picked it up. I can't say that I've ever had as wonderful experience with anything I've done with any of my cars ever before. Thank you all. Great job!

Thank you, thank you for your excellent work and doing it so quickly. It saved me some time not having to rent a car. I have mentioned it to my claims adjuster and she said it was good information she could pass on to her other claimants. Fernando worked hard to get my car done by Friday. Kudos to him.
