Communication was efficient except when the vehicle was determined “complete.” Notification was made at the end of the day on a Friday afternoon. I could not retrieve my vehicle which cost me money on the rental.

All of our interaction with the personnel at Craftsman was with two people. Administrative Assistant, Angie and Assistant Manager, Clay. First, Angie communicated with us frequently to update us on the status of the repair. In addition, she answered questions and relayed our messages to Clay when needed. Clay not only oversaw the repair, he also communicated with us regularly regarding the status of the repair. In addition, he was instrumental in assisting us with working with the insurance company.

Everything went really well from start to end. The front office staff are very nice and very helpful. Angie and Salina are awesome! Josh and Clay were very helpful in the breakdown of the process of the repairs. I was kept well informed. And I felt like I was there and part of the whole process…a 10! A 10!

The team at Craftsman were great from start to finish. Mine was not major damage repair - a dinged tailgate on my brand new 2026 Silverado 2500. I got 2 estimates for the work. Craftmen was the best. There shop is well layed out and spotless. The waiting area pleasant and comfortable. Pride in the work environment is very apparent. The work was fantastic. When completed the gate looked perfect. They removed the dent repainted the entire gate, just perfect! I am completely satified with the work. Thanks to Carlos and the crew in the shop!
