Everyone I spoke to here was incredibly kind and helpful, I believe it was Chris that I interacted with most of all though. He was understanding after I fell down the stairs and had to reschedule my appointment, wished me a happy birthday, was really clear in how he explained everything and everything he said ended up being true too!
