The customer service was amazing. Caliper Collision was able to get me right away due to a slow period. Sometimes lucky is the best. They answered all questions and reminded me of the 3 yr warranty.

I don't normally take the time to write comments like this, but after the way I was treated, I felt this experience deserved recognition. Simply put, the service I received was outstanding. Nicole Thorne, the Office Administrator, personally made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end, and every employee I encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional. I never felt like I was just another customer walking through the door. I felt like everyone genuinely cared about taking care of me and making sure I was satisfied. Honestly, I can't remember the last time a business treated me this well. Unfortunately, truly exceptional customer service seems harder and harder to find these days, and that's exactly why this experience stood out so much to me. The service itself was beyond reproach, but the people and the way they treated me impressed me most. Your customer service is second to none. Please make sure that Nicole and the entire staff know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. People are usually quick to complain when something goes wrong, but I think it's equally important to speak up when people go above and beyond and do things right.
