This was some of the poorest quality service that I have had to deal with. I had had previous experiences with caliber in Texas, and the service is perfectly acceptable. The experience that I had here however, was completely unacceptable. I had an appointment for Monday, June 29, with an insurance quote already provided, however, when I called for an update on Wednesday, my vehicle hadn’t even looked at and by the time I got a call back, it was made clear that no one had even looked at the quote prior to the vehicle arriving as they were unaware that this was even going through insurance. I was in assured that a bumper was being ordered overnight and we would get my car taken care of as soon as possible. That bumper did not arrive for two weeks, and I had to call multiple times and suggest contacting another distributor. When the bumper finally arrived, my car was taken down and then reassembled an upon reassembly. I was notified that the replacement headlight did not work and that they would need another two days with the vehicle in order to finish the repair. This simple repair took three weeks despite everything being set up in advance. I was then promised that management would look into reimbursing me for some of my expenses of a rental car since I was paying out-of-pocket for that. That promise was forgotten when my wife came and picked up the van. I would not recommend anyone come to this location between the broken promises and terrible customer service.
