1st time I went to pick up my truck. None of the body lines matched up. The replacement headlight was not even set into the grill and fender. It was sticking out. I also told them before the started work on it, that there was a humming noise when you first start the truck. They claim they never heard it. But it is still there EVERYTIME you start the truck when it has been sitting for a while. Craig Smith’s solution was “take it to a mechanic to diagnose it and then we will open the claim back up” . I go into work at 5 am, I get off of work at 3:30. I do not have time to sit at a mechanic for a few hours until my truck cools down and then start it up for them to hear. Like I said. It does it only when the truck has been sitting. Plus the replacement grill they put on, the chrome is flaking off. It is not a new part, it is a junk replacement. When I came back the second time the body lines were still not right. They were close enough for them to shove it off on me. Never going back!

The sales rep who answered my claim was good to me. The quality of work was junk.
