My criticism is not with service or friendliness of service. My frustration was I was told 7 to 10 business days and it took 21 business days. I also received text saying car was in paint but yet a week later was told it was just going into paint. I’m sure you are aware of this as I have had discussions with you about it but both these issues should be addressed so future customers don’t have the same issues.

I would have put a 10, but that is contingent on how the matter is handled moving forward. If we come to a satisfactory resolution, it’s a 10. If I am told that Craig’s not responsible for either of my concerns and can do nothing to satisfy me, it will be something less than 10 depending on the explanation.
