The repair tech did an expert job. I’m so impressed by how pristine everything looks. The clean/detail was also a nice surprise I’ve enjoyed since getting her back. She looks brand new from the front now, and that’s saying a lot for a 2014. The headlights y’all replaced are also so bright I literally called my mom first time I drove at night to tell her how amazing it is to have bright headlight again. If I get hit again or a deer gets in my way, I’ll be back!

Jourdan and Joe were incredibly kind to me. They were quick to respond to any of my emails and kept me posted on the time line of a rather ugly front bumper crunch. They also tolerated all of my terrible dad jokes very patiently. I hope it is recognized what friendly and nice individuals they both are!!

I had my windshield replaced (brand new) on 12-13-34 from Safelite. I dropped my car off at Craig's Collision in 12-17-24. They had my car for 27 days... almost 4 weeks. When I got my car back on 1-14-24, my windshield was cracked.
