We almost did not come back b/c of the customer service we received last year(7/03/13) from Randy at the Irving location. I called corporate and never received a call from Ryan Scott(or Scott Ryan) as promised. Your quality of work is "Impeccable", the blemish was the customer service I received from Randy. After the experience we received from Andrew , we will recommend family & friends.
