Brian was VERY VERY polite to me and my mother in law and made sure we were satisfied when we picked up her car.I seen that there was a scratch/small dint on her door that wasnt there prior to us dropping off the car and without hesitation he told me and my mother-in-law he would get it fixed with NO PROBLEM
