Car looked good when I picked it up but when I drove away the sensor lights on the dashboard all came on and were beeping while I was driving AND the rear camera stopped working. Took the car back and was told there was nothing that could be done and that maybe I should fix my windshield even though nothing new had happened there?? THEN had to argue with my insurance to have the car seen again somewhere else only to find out at that shop that THE CAMERA WAS NOT PLUGGED IN ALL THE WAY and once it was reconnected everything was fixed. Very dissatisfied. But my car was very nice and clean and looked good when I first picked it up and everyone was nice. Would’ve loved to leave a better review if anyone had listened to me instead of telling me the issues couldn’t possibly be their fault because “my rear bumper has no sensors”.

Overall I 'm satisfied with the service - it was fast enough and so far I see no issues. Only one small concern - the online status app was always behind the actual progress status by several days, i.e. my car was ready on Monday while the online status continued to show Wednesday.

The service itself was good. But the online service (web site) functionality is questionable. First, the estimated time shown on the web page was several days less then the one I was promised over the phone, and when I picked up the car it still did show three days ahead. Also, I've already completed the survey, but by some reason I continue to receive the survey reminders.

Crash Companions made it so easy to get my car repaired and did an excellent job. They keep you up on their progress and the parts and the cost. It is impressive that they try their best to do the repairs as economically they can.

The truck looks awesome. Body lines, body work and it hasn’t been that clean since I bought it. Communications from John was very good. My only complaint is how long it took get it finished. I do understand that problems with parts was an issue.
