I was fully prepared to give Crash Champions a 5-star review because, from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The service, the staff, and the genuine effort to go above and beyond made everything feel seamless and professional. The only reason I’m giving a 4.5-star review is due to a small issue with the front windshield tint. After getting home, I noticed very tiny bubbles across the tint—almost invisible at first, but noticeable when the sunlight hit just right. Unfortunately, once I saw them, I couldn’t unsee them. For a $473 service, that felt a bit disappointing. That said, everything else about my experience was excellent, and I truly appreciated the level of care and service provided.

Everyone was so nice. Mike gave me a timeliness and he plus the mechanics actually had the repairs completed a day early. They all did a great job!! I will give my buds their number should they ever need a car fixed due to a crash.

The customer service ! Was Fantastic ! Where to start from my Mercury Insurance to receiving my co pay BACK !!! EVERY SINGLE PERSON there at Crash Champions are CHAMPS ! My was so broke and ugly and I left from your shop with the most Beautiful Cleanest Car I didn't expect and so glad and appreciated the clean fixed beautifully carvback !!!
