I previously have taken my car to Caliber Collision for repairs and I wanted to try something else because they took forever last time. Crash Champions absolutely deserves a 10, because they were quick, Heather stayed in contact with me, she was very kind over the Phone, I absolutely loved her. They didn’t just fix my paint and dent on my rear bumper, they also cleaned out the inside of my car they gave my car wash. They fixed other things that I outlined I wanted to be fixed or repaired as well. They were very thorough, very quick, and a very good team! If I have any repairs to do on my car next time, I will definitely be taking it back to Crash Champions!

1 — Very unlikely. Although the shop completed the original accident repairs on time, my vehicle sustained significant hail damage while it was in their custody. When I raised my concerns, the staff denied responsibility, claimed the damage was pre-existing, refused to provide security camera footage, and the supervisor raised his voice at me. Because of the damage to my vehicle and the unprofessional way the situation was handled, I would not recommend this shop to friends or family.

My car was in the care of Crash Champions in Norman for two weeks for repairs related to an accident. While they successfully repaired the damaged door, my vehicle sustained severe hail damage during the time it was in their custody. The hail damage occurred because the vehicle was left outside during severe weather instead of being moved indoors or to a protected area. Crash Champions is now claiming that the hail damage was pre-existing and that the car was already in that condition when it arrived, which is completely untrue. We asked to review the security camera footage to verify whether the vehicle was moved inside during the storm, but our request was denied. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and with the level of customer service provided by Crash Champions in Norman.

In addition to the poor handling of my vehicle, the supervisor raised his voice at me when I tried to address my concerns. My car sustained significant hail damage while in their custody because it was left outside during severe weather. When I brought this to their attention, the staff denied responsibility, claimed the damage was pre-existing, and refused to provide security camera footage that could have clarified what happened. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the damage to my vehicle and the unprofessional way I was treated.
