My completions date was pushed back 3 or 4 times and when I went to pick it up, there was still a problem with the passenger door rubbing and popping. This was what I reported when I put the vehicle in the shop, so it was disappointing when it was still there. They kept it over a second weekend to fix what should have been fixed initially, . My sales rep was always very nice and professional.

The repair work was not complete when I went to pick it up, even though I was notified it was ready. They then had it a few more days to finish the original work. The communication from Carwise was ongoing about the status. Although, the technician who originally wrote the ticket was very courteous and pleasant.

The repair was OK but I was satisfied with was the new headlight that you put on and you look at the other side At the Old headlight cover the The Oxidation made it look bad I think you should have estimated 2 new headlights so the contrast wouldn't be so off. Because when it's done you can't go back and say well we need to charge you for a new headline for the other side.

I just want to take the time to brag on some of the employees at crash champions. The young lady at the receptionist desk greeted me as soon as I came in the door and was very nice and polite! Tyler my advisor was the perfect example of an amazing advisor. He kept me updated on every step in the repair progress and gave me daily updates and if I had questions I could reach out and within 10-15 minutes at most I’d have an answer! The other two employees I’d like to brag about are Skylar the body technician and Travis for the outstanding job on the paint he done. The car looks brand new and the paint itself is perfect! I can tell they took perfect care of my vehicle and the care they had shown in their work! I could not have asked for a better team to work on my vehicle. And the last thing I need to brag about is that my car came to them on the dirty side (I work in the elements) but when I picked my car up they had done a courtesy clean (wipe down, vacuum, and wash) and it looked the best it has ever looked since buying the car. So I just want to thank the entire team at Crash Champions for the outstanding work they done for me and the amazing service by them! They are the example of an incredible body shop. From the very start from calling them to get a quote to picking up my vehicle they’ve shown outstanding service and were super nice and respectful! I will absolutely be recommending people to use them and in the future if anything happens I will use them again myself!

Ethan and the whole team at OKC North Crash Champions were amazing. Communication was consistent and they let me know of the progress through text messages. They met their deadline and did an amazing job at making my car look better. Would definitely recommend them.
