Repairs took longer than expected, but Tyler sent progress reports and kept me updated. I told him not to rush. I had a rental car so time was not urgent. I also told him that I would prefer they take time and perform the repairs correctly rather than hurriedly. Hurry-up repairs can easily miss details and result in a return to the shop to fix missed details. Always better to take enough time to do the job right the first time, rather than waste more time later to fix what wasn’t done right.

The team at the North OKC Crash Champions were Oklahoma friendly. Made us feel at ease about the process and continued to follow up throughout the repair. I enjoyed the honesty and conversation. The admin was very pleasant to work with, as she seemed to have the right response and patience for people who were concerned about their first time in. Great team. Great experience
