Everyone was so nice throughout the entire 5 wk process. When the day came to pick up my Truck, Brian was very patient while I checked it over very carefully and even called Bob over to explain how he made specific repairs to an extreme repair job. All in all I'm pleased and Thankful that only repairs were to my vehicle and not myself. Thank you Crash Champions 🙏

It was a tough lengthy job to the entire passenger side of my Truck. I was nervous about matching the shade of red but looked it over very carefully on the day of pick up and again very thoroughly in different views with the sunlight. It's at close to perfect as could be.

The vehicle had the original damaged wheel on it when I was told the repairs had been completed and arrived to pick up it up. They failed to inspect areas behind the wheel until AFTER noting the damaged wheel was not replaced and found the axle to be damaged. The truck is still in the shop

At first I was super impressed. Great communication and speedy repair. We went to pick it up and the repair wasn’t right. Said they would fix it and haven’t heard from them for a week. The insurance company and apparently Crash Champions consider it closed. We, however, do not.

Insurance company and crash champions, apparently consider it closed. We, however, do not. Clearly we are no longer a priority now that we have our defectively repaired car.
