Everyone was so professional and ready to help! Normally, as a woman, you end up with people who want to talk over or at you. They were always really kind and we laughed a lot. I don’t want to get into another wreck, but if I did? I’m coming straight there!

Would have been a lot better if my phone number was the one set up on file. A little frustrating that there were two phone numbers added to my account and neither one was mine.

Again, a little frustrating that nobody would return a call to my phone number or send me an email or a text that my car was completed. Instead, I had to call corporate and find out that there were two numbers added to my account neither one of them being my phone number.
