Formal complaint regarding Gerber Collision & Glass. I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service we received from Gerber Collision & Glass. After paying for repairs, we discovered that several items we were charged for were either not completed or were completed improperly. When I, as the owner of the vehicle, contacted the general manager to discuss these issues and request that the unfinished work be corrected, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, the general manager refused to address or correct the work that had been paid for. As a customer, I expected honesty, quality workmanship, and professional customer service. Instead, we were left with incomplete repairs and a manager who showed no willingness to stand behind the work performed. Because of this experience, we are pursuing further action. We are reporting this matter to an appropriate agency and consulting with an attorney regarding our legal options. We believe customers deserve to receive the services they pay for and to be treated with respect when legitimate concerns are raised. We request a prompt review of this matter and expect a response regarding how Gerber intends to resolve these issues. This was a incidence that was cause by the insurance’s owner and we were the victims. My Poc is 207-323-6965 Sincerely, MIKE .

Best experience starting from the estimate to the repair. Jes, was so informative and they even helped my this a ride to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Absolutely an awesome team. I highly recommend the people.

Gerber worked super fast to get my car back to me. I even noticed that they gave it a wash and shined the tires as well. That’s going above and beyond. I will definitely use them again in the future if, God forbid, something goes wrong again. The only thing that could’ve gone better was, upon replacing the bumper on my car, the right taillight was left unconnected and when I called to ask why it was blinking they said it just meant that the blinker light was dying, so I bought new ones for $12 and when I went to replace them, saw that the cable was merely not connected. Still a 9/10 job tho and everyone who works there is incredibly kind

The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and I especially want to mention Lexus, who was so helpful and kind throughout the process. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated during what could have been a frustrating experience. My car was repaired beautifully, and I’m very happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision or glass repairs!
