This location is VERY professional. Every time I walked in the door, I was welcomed with a smile and by my name after the first visit. Communication was excellent and my vehicle was done before the promise date. The repair exceeded my high expectations. In a world where Customers are treated like an inconvenience, it was nice to be treated as a valuable Customer. Kay and Brian did an outstanding job and won me over as a Customer for life.

Car paint didn’t match first time I attempted to pick up. When I finally got my car, the driver side floormat was filthy. Absolutely no attempt to clean the mess they made in my car. Also managers were supposed to contact me and no one has.

Not a good experience. The repairs are awful, despite you having kept it for 2 months. First, you removed the window tint (that I spent $100 having installed) from the mirrors. The bolts that held the racks in are missing. The clip that locked the interior door open is missing. No repair at all done on passenger side sliding door. 2 cuts into paint near caulking. Whole caulking job looks terrible. Uneven. I can send you photos if you like.

The quality of the repairs is really poor. What did get done was shoddy. Missing bolts. Spotty, uneven caulking. I would be happy to send photos, if you like.

Very satisfied! Brittany was awesome and handled all my questions with ease.. even dealt with me annoyingly calling again and again!! Brian promised to have my car ready for me asap so my family and I could leave for vacation and he delivered! Got my car back the day we planned to leave with like brand new looking repairs!! Will be recommending them to anyone in need for sure!

It took less time than I expected it to, had my car back in less than two weeks! The team was very friendly ( felt like family ) conversational and quick to the task when I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment.
