This whole experience has been terrible. From my windshield being broken and then a cheaper one installed with the wrong part number. The quote said 4 days but I got my jeep back unfinished in pieces after 6weeks. I was never given real updates and they moved my vehicle to a dealership without telling me and that dealership started doing other work that I never approved or made aware of.every time I called they said they would call me back at the end of the day but that never happened. I used to love my vehicle no it just puts me in a bad mood every time I drive it.

Very bad service. When I first bought my jeep there they were nice but once they had it it was delay and no info no calls back and they let other people work on my jeep because I quote what the dealer said “the guy that dropped it off here didn’t care if we performed the extra work” that dealership didn’t even sell jeeps why would they work on one.
