Jaime was very professional and kept me up to date frequently of any changes. I just bought this car and had gotten into a bad fender bender, so I was pretty distraught but Jaime made sure I was confident and comfortable with my car in his teams care. I'm so happy with the level of effort and service they all put into fixing my car, it looks like nothing ever happened and I'm so grateful.

staff very professional and helpful however the back bumper is not aligned correctly and there is a scratch on the back bumper. We h will arrange for the car to be collected and fixed.

Thanks to Leslie for the tremendous effort she put into getting our car fixed right that required a lot of effort to get the parts and working with our insurance company to coordinate things and also for being very kind and pleasant whenever communicating with us to explain and update the process and progress. It took awhile to get our car back but we had to be patient because things were beyond their control as far as how we understood.

I gave 9 because it took a while for the repair to be completed, because getting insurance company approval for parts and final review process took longer than expected and also waiting for mechanic’s availability when ordered parts arrived seemed have taken longer than planned, at least that’s how I understood the situation. I would like to commend Leslie for her tremendous work she did in coordinating entire process with professionalism and communicating with me with kindness and understanding throughout the whole situation. Our car looks great and drives well and I hope we won’t have any problems in the future as well.
