I must say that this was NOT going to be a 5-star rating. However, the Manager (Grant) made things right and won me over! More companies need more Managers like him. I was notified that my car was ready on Saturday (8/22/26). I get there and the repair is clearly not done correctly. This should have been caught by the service advisor before delivery. When I spoke to Grant on Monday, he was very apologetic and took care of my additional rental car days and ensured my car was perfect! Great job, Grant and thank you for turning a negative situation into a positive one.

I had a great experience with crash champions ,after my hit-and-run accident.Sammy was the guy that I dealt with throughout the entire process, and he did a excellent job, keeping everything simple and stress-free. he was professional,helpful , the repair work was excellent, and I really appreciate the way. The paint looks streaky and it does not look like it was sprayed properly, there are some imperfections on the finish as well like dimpling. When you look at the opposite side the finish its factory and the side repaired does not.

From the minute, I called everyone was professional and courteous. I dropped my car off. They had a rental car come pick me up and everything all ready for me which made it a lot more convenient and nice to deal with.
