Fortunately we didn’t need to use the car so it wasn’t a problem that it went 19 days past the estimated completion date. However, if someone was dependent on using a car during this time it could have caused problems for them not having it back within a few days of the estimated completion date. I think it would be better to over estimate the completion date rather than under estimate. 19 days is a big difference.

I still do not have my car back. I must admit that I am very particular and take very good care of my vehicle. There are a couple of things that I feel should have been seen and taken care of but were not. So, now I am waiting for the car to be finished. I much prefer quality over speed.

Cover up is okay not 100% perfect seems like a damage was made on another side that i don’t remember being there. Took 5 weeks to get my car it wasn’t until i started to complain that it was getting worked on. As i messaged them I would get messages all in CAPS. Overall I’m glad i finally got my car back but wouldn’t work with them again. 1/5 stars. They said they washed it but that’s a lie it was still dirty and dusty in the inside with dirty that was not that there before.

If I can rate it a 0 I would. Took 5 weeks to fix my car when they said it would take 2 weeks. It was just sitting there till I started to ask for proof about it getting done and didn’t get the pictures till like a 1-2 days after. Once it was about to be ready you guys broke something from the car even though this car is new there wasn’t no way it was already loose. Once I was ready to pick up it up you guys said yall were washing it once I got it super dirty inside and out seems like they sprayed it and that was it. My tire pressure has been low since i got it and even though we put air in it somehow it’s still low, probably from just sitting there. Overall I would rather choose else where to fix my car and not here. Communication a 0 as well. Once got a response with all CAPS.

My headlights were super bright, but when I turned my lights on when going to work, had to check and see if my headlights were even on, even after my accident the lights were still bright.
