First, I called 3 times one day and two times the next day without anyone answering the phone. Second, the inside of the back door had product they used dripped all over. Third, I picked up my cart and drove out the parking lot to road and had a complete flat tire on the left rear and there is no way they wouldn't have known that. It wasn't low but completely flat.

Very friendly, but difficult to talk to them. When I first went in to their shop, I had a 4:00 pm appointment. I arrived on time and there was no one in the office. I waited 35 minutes before anyone came in. I even tried to call them, and no one answered the phone. On the next visit, a very charming woman, Monica, was in the office, and when I went to pick up the truck a man who appeared to be the manager was in the office, and both he and Monica were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided good service.
