There is still damage to rear bumper/surrounding parts. The estimate and repair should have been submitted for all of the damage. We expected Crash Champions to be experts and repair the vehicle. Vehicle should have been cleaned properly prior to return - knowing the car wash stipulations. I also informed the representative that I had a meeting and to contact my husband, but he didn't. Very dissatisfied and disappointed
