we ended up paying alot more than originally quoted without any warning or discussion, plus we had to pay $300.00 out of pocket for the rental car because of how long they kept our car (over a month!).

I am pleasantly surpirised by the quality of repair work done on my vehicle. In this day and age of customer service Service King certainly adheres to an old work ethic that is rare - great customer service.
