Because I rated the customer service a 10, I’d say the personnel went above and beyond. They were always polite, clear, and patient, kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, and handled communication and paperwork so I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Kristian was awesome. He communicated almost daily to update the status of the repairs. The ladies at the front desk were really nice. They arranged for my drop off due to severe weather. The gentleman that drove me home was courteous. Generally, my experience was positive.
