Vehicle was returned but the rear tail light was chipped. It was fixed quickly and with great communication!

I didn’t get a lot of communication besides the text but the text weren’t accurate. I had an expected pick up date. I had to call to confirm just to find out my car wasn’t going to be ready to be picked up and the pick up time was extended twice.

When I called asking questions about insurance, the gentleman who answered my first phone call was very kind and patient and gave me information from his experience as of what I could expect. Also, the manager was very friendly and helpful. He explained the extent of the bodywork and repairs under my car and showed me something. I didn’t know about damage that had been done to my car in a previous accident with the previous owner, before I bought the car. He also reminded me to fill up the gas tank on my rental car before leaving, and the guy at the front desk (Vernon?) is very friendly and helpful, as well. I had no negative experiences whatsoever.
