Considering I just picked up my vehicle today, I have been impressed by the whole process. The service has been excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and most of all very professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed by the updates and completion date was right on time. Definitely satisfied and I will definitely recommend this facility

I received periodic updates regarding my vehicle, when parts were ordered, when they arrived, and expected time of completion. There were 2 parts that arrived damaged and I was notified. Staff was very professional and courteous. My vehicle was restored back to its original look. Very satisfied with the work done.

Progressive preferred shop and they guarantee there work but seemed a little expensive on extra work I had completed on my own dime.

Took longer get my truck beck that I was promised but the vehicle looked good. Not clean like other body shops I’ve used but work was done great.
