I brought my car to Crash Champions last month due to the damage on the bumper after the other vehicle hit mine when I was by the traffic light. The insurance of the other vehicle has a policy that if my vehicle takes longer than 4 days to fix or additional damage to my car is found, the insurance have to be notified. I gave the phone number that was supposed to be called to the customer service but no one called the insurance company. My car stayed In their shop for 6 days and I ended up covering the rent for 2 days of the rented car. I also found out that my car has dark splatters on the body that repair man was using to balance the color of the bumper and the rest of the plastic parts around. I also had to bring my car to them. The plastic around the tire was broken when it was not broken after the accident. They fix it though but my point is, if it was broken. It was supposed to be fix before giving me my car back.
