Worse body shop I ever experienced. No communication at all. The rep at the store is a total liar. Never do business again with this shop. Second bad experience. My daughter also had a bad experience. Only reason I went with this shop because the insurance company recommended it. Talking to consumer protection attorney. This isn’t over

Worst body shop ever. No communication skills, Employees are unqualified to work with customers. Quality of work is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. Three terrible experiences with them. The lady at the front desk has a personality of a rock. She also lied to me. Never go back there again and will advise anyone else to go there.

Her car looks terrible! The gaps are very misaligned. The rear wheel was not replaced. I am extremely disappointed in the work done there

The work was terrible. None of the panels were aligned. The didn't replace one of the wheels. I bright it back and was told there was nothing they could do. I grew up in a body shop and know exactly what can and can't be done. I can not believe they tried to pass of that low quality work off on my wife. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The process was seamless. Communication was on point throughout the entire time. I especially like the fact that I didn’t have to return my rental car that they made arrangements with Enterprise to come get it. The only thing I would’ve liked is if somebody would’ve taken me out to my car and showed me the work that was done and made sure I was satisfied then instead of just giving me the keys.. overall and very satisfied
