I was given immediate attention when I walked in the door the first time and my truck was repaired and looked good as new within a week. Sam and his team in Bastrop exceeded my expectations. I don’t plan on having to go back but if we ever have another need as a family, I plan on using the Crash Champion team in Bastrop.

Left fasteners on plastic aftermarket parts. Did not test drive vehicle before or after repair. Mechanical damage to front wheel drive vehicle that was damaged during front end collision. Never even checked if there was any damage beyond paint and body damage. As a result, insurance refused to pay for mechanical repairs. I'm going to pay out of pocket or sue. Definitely not satisfied.

The work itself was good. After asking several times was slow response on cost after the vehicle was assessed. Also let them know an exact time I was coming to pick up my car. I had to wait a while for my car to be brought around. When I got home I saw the driver’s side back seat was down and was not put back in position. To me that was something obvious that should have been done when a final inspection if my car should have been done.

I kept getting call/text, you pick up at 2:00 pm. And then multiple calls, oh Ford doesn’t make 2020 Escape driver doors. San Antonio second hand supplier has one. Oh we have a problem with the LED light. 4 weeks of time spent to replace hood, fender, and door.😟
