This accident was a tough one. My mom always handled these sort of things. Unfortunately she passed away a couple of years ago. I didn't mention this to anyone but I really wasn't sure what to do. Will was awesome. He helped explain everything to me in a way I would understand and kept me informed the entire time. The customer service exceeded every expectation. Thank hku for everything
